cultivate guelph has been operating as an online shop since 2020. our shop's goal is to provide you with quality self care and gift items. we currently offer canada-wide shipping on all products except for plants.

orders with plants may take up to one week to process. they will typically be available for pickup the following tuesday. you will receive an email to schedule your pickup within one business day of placing your order.
orders for shipping will be shipped within three business days of being placed. this is a processing time and does not include shipping time. you will receive an automated confirmation email when your order has shipped and this will include tracking information.
pickup and delivery
contactless pickup is available close to downtown guelph. you will receive an email to make arrangements for pickup within 24 hours of placing an order for pickup. please note that our pickup location is not a retail location and is not open to the public.
local delivery is available within 15km of downtown guelph for $15. deliveries are arranged for sundays. if you require a delivery outside of this time, please contact us prior to placing your order so that we are able to confirm delivery availability.
if you would like to place an order for plantrunz shipping, please place an order for local pickup and write "plantrunz" in your order notes. you will then be contacted with your fee based on your distance from guelph, on.
please note that plantrunz is discontinuing their plant delivery services and that orders must be placed by end of day on november 12 to qualify for plantrunz shipping.
canada-wide shipping is currently available on all items EXCEPT PLANTS. our processing time on all shipped is currently 2-3 business days. the times listed at checkout are shipping times and do not include this processing time.
we offer several options with canada post on checkout. If you would like to use a different carrier or require overnight shipping for your order, please inquire at firstname.lastname@example.org.
if your package is lost or arrives damaged please contact us to let us know. however, you will also be required to contact the carrier directly to resolve the issue.
in an effort to combat excessive waste in our operation, we use recycled shipping materials. as a result, boxes may have branding, information, or images on them that are unrelated to your order.
lettermail shipping is available for select items. please contact us via email at email@example.com or via social media to inquire about placing an order for lettermail shipping.
we offer a variety of automated payment options at checkout, including credit card processing, shop pay, apple pay, google pay, and paypal.
etransfer payments are also available for all orders. in order to place an etransfer order, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or via social media.
we offer gift wrapping and the option of a note for $3. please note that your entire order will be gift wrapped unless you specify otherwise.
