refund and exchange policies
Due to their perishable nature, plants are an item that cannot be returned or exchanged. Please examine your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your plant is damaged or if you’ve received the wrong item so that we can evaluate and make it right. While we do not accept returns on other purchases, we have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. It must be returned to your original point of pickup or shipped at your expense.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures of your exchange in its original packaging. We will notify you to advise you of whether or not we can move forward with your exchange and the next steps in the process.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.
